The intrinsic value of connecting to nature as a way to recharge has not been overlooked: take a hike along the resort's beautiful pathways lined with sage and sparkling crystal powders from the surrounding ancient healing red rocks, stroll along three labyrinths, stop by a sacred energy vortexes for a moment of reflection and connection.

Sit and meditate on the banks of the ground's soothing lake surrounded by a healing garden sprinkled with Willow and Juniper trees, cool off in an outdoor swimming pool or jacuzzi and gaze at the Milky Way at night.

ONE DAY, THE CATERPILLAR HANGS ITSELF UPSIDE DOWN FROM A TWIG OR LEAF AND SPINS ITSELF A SILKY COCOON OR MOLTS INTO A SHINY CHRYSALIS. WITHIN ITS PROTECTIVE CASING, THE CATERPILLAR RADICALLY TRANSFORMS TO EVENTUALLY EMERGE AS A BUTTERFLY.

THE PROTECTIVE CASING OF THE CATERPILLAR REPRESENTS THE WOMB AND THIS IS WHERE WE WILL SPEND THE FIRST HALF OF OUR WEEKEND, IN THE FEMININE ENERGY. DIVING DEEP INTO HER DARKNESS.

THEN WE WILL EMERGE INTO THE LIGHT, FULLY ALIGNED AND FULLY EXPRESSED THROUGH OUR HEALED MASCULINE ENERGY.

She is a Certified Transformational Trainer and Coach with more than ten years of experience and study in self-actualization and self-mastery and is the Founder and C.E.O of Divine Journey, a transformational coaching program. She is also the creator of Resilience the Breakthrough Journey to Self-love, a very successful 8-week group coaching program for women.

Mio coaches how to create joy and love from the inside out through developing a healthy relationship with the feminine and masculine energies and transforming patterns of behavior that block harmonious relationships with the self and others. She bases her work on the foundation of self-love and focuses on inner child healing. She believes the Divine Feminine is currently in harmonious resurgence and the wounded Masculine is ready for healing. Her soul’s purpose is the healing and empowerment of the Feminine and Masculine energies so that we may live in harmony as a species on Earth. She is based in Miami, Fla., where she delivers virtual workshops and coaching programs.
