DAY 1
Feminine Energy

Feminine energy is the energy that receives and nurtures. It provides a space and context for creation to take place.

Inner Child
When we begin inner child healing work, we tap into that part of ourselves that was vulnerable and impressionable. This kind of self-discovery helps us understand our behaviors, triggers, wants and needs.
DAY 3
Intuition
Intuiton provides us with an inner voice - beyond logic or learned responses, revealing both who we are and the wisdom we carry inside. If we listen, we can benefit from the creativity it offers and the feeling of confidence it brings.
DAY 4
Masculine Energy
Masculine energy is active and it is that which gets to be revealed. It is the expression of creation.
DAY 5
Closing Ceremony
Ceremonies are simply sacred rituals to which we attach certain significance to. Studies show the need for ritual is a basic human instinct, and even the smallest rituals can be extremely effective in healing our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Movement
Movement and flow are essential to a healthy and balanced lifestyle and everyday we will be giving this to our bodies as a ritual and gift that will also benefit our souls.

CEO & FOUNDER OF DIVINE JOURNEY
Mio Santana is a Certified Transformational Trainer with more than ten years of experience and study in self-actualization and self-mastery. She is the Founder and C.E.O of Divine Journey, a transformational coaching program based on the methodology of the 12 Divine Journey Principles she created and used to transform her life. She is the designer and facilitator of Resilience: A Breakthrough Journey to Self-love, an 8-week group coaching program for women, a self-mastery coaching program called Divine Journey and a successful five-day transformative women’s retreat called Rebirth.
Mio coach’s clients on how to transform patterns of behavior that counteract harmonious relationships with the self and others by learning how to remove and heal subconscious blocks and create joy from within. She bases her work on the foundations of self-love, inner child healing, raising vibration and harmonizing the feminine and masculine energies within. She uses an effective four-pronged approach she developed calls Acknowledge, Address, Heal and Transform and believes that the Divine Feminine is currently in harmonious resurgence on this planet and the wounded Masculine is ready for healing.

We knew you’d still have questions, so we prepared this section just for you.
What is included in the retreat?
You won’t have to think about anything while at Rebirth! Sleeping room, meals, excursions, activities and all in country transportation is included.
Where will the retreat take place?
Two staples of Rebirth is that it will always take place in a location with breathakingly natural beauty and a prevelance of naturally occuring energy vortexes. Rebirth 2023 will be taking place at the beautiful Treecasa Resort San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua, the land of lakes and volcanoes.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of the event, there are no cancellations or refunds available.
What does a typical day look like?
Wake up in a kingsized bed to the sound of birds chirping. You may want to start your day with some meditation in your private hammock before eating a nutritious breakfast. Then its time to attend your first transformational workshop of the day. You will have breaks and free time, as well as, exciting and adventurous group activities.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes, a shuttle will be waiting for you upon your arrival and will take you to and from the resort. Transportation for the excursion is also included and there is a daily shuttle to/from the resort to the nearby beach town.
What is not included in the retreat package?
Airfare is not included.
Will there be wifi access?
Yes, wifi is included in the entire property and rooms.
Are non-coaching clients welcome?
Yes! This incredible journey is available to any woman. Make sure to bring your mothers, daughters, aunts, sisters or bestfriends to share this amazing experience together.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! You will have the opportunity to take part in a payment plan option. Payment plans will however not be available after a certain date, so if you know you definitely want/need a payment plan, reach out to the retreat organizers right away.
What if I am a vegetarian, have food allergies, or have certain dietary needs?
You will be filling out a questionnaire which will provide us with all of your dietary requirements and which we will provide to the chef on location. As a group, we will maintain a vegetariana nd pescatarian diet of nutritious foods for the duration of the retreat.
Will I be sitting the whole time?
No. There will be breaks, freetime, and bodily movement daily and we will also have several group activities. We suggest that you start powerwalking everyday in preparation for your participation in this experience.
What do I need to bring?
You will be provided with a detailed packing list once you register for the event and it will tell you everything you need to know about the local weather, as well as, clothing requirements and suggestions for your trip.
Will I have to share accomodations?
No. Not unless you want to, of course. All rooms will be Single Occupancy King Bed. If you would like a Double Occupany room, your request must be received before a certain date, please contact the retreat organizers to make your request.
What will accomodations be like?
Spacious, clean, comfortable and just right for a good nights rest. The rooms are seriously one of our favorite parts of this experience. Picture a one bedroom apartment with a view of the jungle which includes your very own king bed, walk in shower, living room and hammock.

The protective casing represents the womb and this is where we will spend the first half of our retreat. Diving deep into the feminine energy, and into the beautiful, creative darkness.
